Bonded NdFeB Magnets
Bonded Ndfeb is a synthetic magnet composed by Nd2Fe14B. It made from a mixture of fast-quenched ndFeb magnetic powder and binder by the process of press molding or injection molding. With its high dimensional accuracy, it could be made some complex shapes magnetic components, and they have the characteristics of one molding and multi-pole orientation. And it also could be formed once with other supporting components by its high strength.
It is mainly widely used in office automation equipment, electrical machinery, audio-visual equipment, instrumentation, small motor and metering machinery, in mobile phones, CD-ROM, DVD-ROM drive motor, hard disk spindle motor HDD, other micro special DC motor and automation instruments and other fields.
